Nerak’s fully automated pick floor solutions are designed to support high-efficiency order fulfilment across multi-tier mezzanine operations. These systems enable the controlled movement of totes and cartons between levels, ensuring continuous flow for both picking and replenishment processes.
Built around Nerak’s multi-carriage reciprocating lift technology, the system allows full totes to be delivered to pick locations while empty totes are returned for replenishment within the same cycle. Twin and quadruple carriage configurations increase throughput per cycle, supporting higher operational efficiency in demanding eCommerce and distribution environments.
Independent carriage operation enables multiple floors to be serviced simultaneously, while bi-directional flow is supported through dedicated infeed and discharge conveyors at each level. This allows picking and replenishment activities to run in parallel, reducing bottlenecks and maintaining consistent product flow across the system.
