Nerak’s KH series tote and carton lifts are designed for the efficient vertical movement of unit loads in low-throughput applications. Used for handling totes, cartons and similar items, these systems provide controlled and reliable transport between floor levels within warehouse and distribution environments.
Available in both ‘C’ and ‘S’ configurations, the system can be specified with single or double load handling, allowing two units to be transported per cycle where required. This supports improved throughput while maintaining stable and consistent product flow within a compact tote lift system.
The KH series supports multiple infeed and discharge points, making it well suited to multi-level operations such as mezzanine floor integration. With lift heights of up to 10 metres and throughput capabilities of up to 310 units per hour, the system provides a practical solution for applications where space and efficiency must be balanced.
Each lift is engineered using Nerak’s proprietary rubber chain technology, supporting quiet operation, reduced wear and low maintenance requirements. An optional wireless carriage system is also available, allowing for simplified system control and integration.
As a UK manufacturer, Nerak designs, builds and installs each carton lift system to suit the specific requirements of the application. Systems can be supplied as stand-alone units or integrated into wider automated handling solutions, ensuring reliable long-term performance.
Product Trials
If you would like to understand how your products will perform within a Nerak system, our Product Trial Service allows you to test materials under real operating conditions.
Trials can be carried out by our team or attended in person at our Brecon facility, where you can work directly with our engineers to assess system suitability and performance. Contact us to arrange a trial or discuss your requirements.
Installation
Nerak supports every project through to installation and commissioning, ensuring systems are delivered and integrated efficiently within your operation.
To understand typical installation timescales and what to expect on-site, visit our Installations page for further information.
Lifts that are greater than 4m in height (to the top of the mast) will require bracing to a suitable support structure.
