We want you to have a great experience with your NERAK for years to come and make sure you receive our best recommendations to maximise the longevity of your lift.

Following the completion of installation and commissioning, our teams help you establish what level of Aftercare Support you feel you will require.

We offer a range of Aftercare Support and Training Packages to suit businesses operating with or without their own Maintenance Personnel.

Our fully qualified and highly experienced engineers are experts on all aspects of repair, maintenance and service and will help build your teams’ knowledge and confidence to get the most of your NERAK lift.

Service Level Agreements

NERAK provide Service Level Agreements (SLA) tailored specifically to suit your needs.

  • Site visits can be as often or as little as required for the environment your machine operates in and the level of risk associated with that environment.
  • A full visual inspection and testing of the machine by an experienced and fully trained engineer(s) is carried out.
  • A detailed report is issued to you on the machines condition, highlighting any current or potential problems.
  • The service visit also includes minor remedial works i.e. greasing bearings, re-alignment/adjustment of belts, replacing small quantities of spring clips.
  • Our engineers will discuss any information about any changes or improvements pertinent to your NERAK machines and processes.
  • Internally we hold regular review meetings to monitor the health check done on your machine by our engineers.
  • Our Aftercare Department will liaise with you where appropriate to ensure you receive any required spare parts or follow up visits required.

We can work together to plan in your maintenance for a time which is most convenient for your operation.

Our recommendations with regard to any spare parts needed are categorised on your service report sheets noting their level of risk.

This allows you to budget for any parts that may need replacing in the future within an advised timescale based on our expertise.

You can call the NERAK Service Support Desk 24 hours a day on 01874 612900.

Specialist staff will take your call and in many cases may be able offer a diagnosis if applicable and support your enquiry without the need for an engineer site visit.

We have a large range of spare parts which are available with priority delivery to all our SLA clients as required.

Training For Your Team

With over 40 years experience, NERAK has the highest level of knowledge and competence, understanding issues involved in your automated material handling systems.

NERAK offers a choice of training options from in-situ operator training to tailored process-specific training packages.

Additionally, services such as technical assistance and ad-hoc training are available on request.

NERAK Engineers are qualified to train your production, operational & maintenance personnel in the most efficient operation of your NERAK equipment.

Training sessions are normally held at on-site locations but can be undertaken at our own premises using our Demonstration Lifts or, by arrangement, at another convenient location.

These are bespoke designed for your particular lift system, site and application.

As part of the session we share our recommendations for best practice maintenance routines, parts to keep on site and what to consider when ordering longer lead time bespoke made parts.

We are able to provide Training Videos for your new starters on request.

The video reflects the same information which is covered by our trainers so that anyone joining the team after the training session can still receive the same level of knowledge which helps to ensure consistency within your operation.

LOLER Certificates

We provide LOLER (Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations) certification from a qualified engineer.

If you take care of your machine, your machine will take care of you and Nerak are happy to assist in all of your machine’s needs.
